Watch a time lapse of my newborn posing set up below. I am an exclusively on-location photographer so I have to be efficient when I get everything ready for the newborn session.
It takes about five minutes to set all of this up: reversible backdrop (for newborn and family), reflector, light stand with my paulcbuffinc Digibee and silver umbrella, triggers, Perfect Posie posing bean bag (perfect for small spaces) by graceland_designs, wraps, outfits from paturicipentrupitici, and posing beans. What is it?
A digital backdrop or digital background is a photo of a backdrop setup that has been specially created by photographers from around the world. A great variety of digital backgrounds are available for commercial use. I have curated several collections you are welcome to browse and choose from.
WHY DIGITAL?
I am exclusively an on location photographer so if I had to bring custom physical backdrops and their accompanying accessories to my client’s home it would make the session more stressful and complicated. Using digital backgrounds allows me to fulfill my mission of offering beautiful creative portraits of your baby from the comfort of your own home.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
During the session I will photograph your baby in an ideal setup to fit each of these digital backgrounds that you may chose. After the session I use Photoshop to merge the session photos with the digital background photos you have selected to create a seamless composite piece of handcrafted art.
